Success alone does not define true visionary

Recently while watching a documentary, I was compelled to reevaluate my stance on people deemed visionaries, after a famous actor was labeled a visionary because he had achieved tremendous success in a movie that became a phenomenon. I have always admired trailblazers from all walks of life but my faith journey is now teaching me that material success alone does not define a true visionary.

Visionaries are often credited with strong, original ideas for improving the future and they are identified in most cases through material success. However, my newfound understanding of the Kingdom of God reveals that true vision is a confirmation of God's declarations over one's life, reaffirming His protection and care. It serves as a guide toward genuine contentment, aligning one's path with His purpose.

This led me to a conclusion that the source of human visions lies in spiritual beings. These beings mission is to shift human focus from the seen realm to the unseen realm, to manifest their agenda on Earth. The only spiritual being who leads to the God of the Bible is found in the Kingdom of God, while others lead away from Him.

Therefore, it is imperative to delve deeper into the source of vision before following or emulating visionaries and trailblazers. To distinguish between visions from the Kingdom of God and those that are not, I strive to enhance my knowledge through reading the Bible and deepening my understanding of the Kingdom of God.
